Eight years of workplace projects, of every shape and size. Concepts, strategy, pitches and visualization. Untangling a complex design brief is where I shine. So is making sure the best idea is the one that reaches the client.
Senior experience, without the full-time hire. I work with design teams across the globe on concepts and strategy, proposals and marketing, visualization and AI-driven workflows.
Where good ideas survive the deadline.
Design intent becomes evidence. Corporate interiors, global bids and live delivery, most of it in the narrow window between an idea and its approval.
That is where projects are decided. From strategy and schematics through simulation and imagery, I keep the intent intact from the first sketch to the final vote.
Studios bring me in when the thinking is strong and the clock is short. I work inside the existing process, hold the design language, and hand back work that needs no explaining.
With M Moser Associates’ global proposal team, contributing to pitches won across five markets.
Including a 200,000 sq ft (18,580 m²) Accenture workplace.
Workplace design and delivery.
Projects and pitches delivered with teams in New York, Hong Kong, Australia and India.
Where I come in. Seven ways I support your team, on their own or together.
Research, workshops and test-fits, grounded in how people actually work and what they need.
Workshops, visuals and strategy that make a client feel the idea, and understand why it is right.
Shorter loops between a design question and a confident answer, so more ideas get tested.
Stills, walkthroughs and VR that make an unbuilt space convincing enough to decide on.
Daylight, WELL, LEED and ESG insight, early enough to shape the design, not just certify it.
Taking repetitive work off the team, so there is room to test more design options.
The work in full: sharpening the narrative, winning the pitch, tightening feedback loops, getting the approval.

Explore furtherI use AI the way I use any design tool: in service of the idea. I don’t type a prompt and hope for the best.
Every output starts from a resolved design and a precise model, then moves through a controlled pipeline. Geometry, depth, line and material passes hold the layout, camera and finishes in place, and generative models work only inside those limits. The result is precise and repeatable, and it stays consistent across every view, revision and option.
Confidential by default. Client drawings and data only go through private, controlled models, and nothing is ever used for training. I work under your NDA and, if you prefer, on your own systems.
Good design leads. AI helps it go further.
How most people use AI
One prompt, one model, one guess. Fast, but it stands on nothing.
A sales-office style suite for a live project: reception, boardroom, café and meeting rooms that help sell the space to prospective tenants.
Inspiration imagery for a new workplace: a sculptural staircase as the social heart, with the brand blue carried throughout.
Proposal visuals showing the whole experience, from the lounge to the boardroom, training room and quiet rooms, before the design was fixed.
The reception and café explored through ceiling and material directions, so the team could compare options side by side.

What it is like to bring me in, and the shapes it can take.
I hold the design intent through production, so what comes back is ready for the client, not something to fix first.
Concept, strategy, development, imagery or the proposal itself: I step in where your design and business development teams need support, at the pace a bid demands.
I work in your files, templates and design language, and hand everything over, so your team can carry it forward.
A long-term partner who flexes up for bids and deadlines. Work that would take weeks lands in days.
Your drawings stay yours. AI runs only on private, controlled models, nothing is used for training, and I sign your NDA or MSA.
Pay in your own currency, at no extra charge. Your hours sit in a shared tally you can check at any time.

A designer first, with the range to carry an idea through every medium it needs.
Years of building processes and workflows rather than collecting tools: from modeling and simulation to film, XR and generative AI, so every idea is shown in the way that suits it best.
Every idea reaches the client with the right tools behind it, already in place, with nothing for your team to set up.
A track record of high-impact workplace delivery, global bids, and certified professional credentials.

“Any team that values skill, empathy, and maturity would be lucky to have Naman.”

“Naman is super easy to work with. He brings real fluency in technology and AI, but always in service of the design and the people behind it. He understands the pressure a team is under and quietly takes it off their plate.”
